Q: What currency are your prices in?
A: All our prices are in Canadian dollars. If you are a US resident, your total price will be converted to US dollars based on the exchange rate offered by Paypal or your credit card company.
Q: If I order a shirt in size large, does this mean my dog will always be a size large for everything on your website?
A: Unfortunately not. Because we have such a large selection of styles and sizes, if this was the case, we would be stuck having a very complicated sizing matrix! Although many of our items are the same in terms of sizing, it is best to look at the specific measurements for each item and compare it to your dog's measurements.
Q: I really want a shirt size or colour that you don't have in stock. Can I email you to request it?
A: Yes, please do! If we know there's something specific you want, we'll do our very best to get it for you in our next shipment. Please email us and let us know.
Q: How do I know what my dog's measurements are?
A: Please visit our Sizing page, which shows how to take your dog's measurements. The most important measurement to have is the chest measurement. If you don't have a measuring tape at home, a popular trick is to use string and then hold the string up to a ruler. Please note that all measurements are in inches.
Q: What if my dog's measurements fall in between two sizes?
A: If this is the case, we would suggest going with the bigger size.
Q: What happens if I get my order and the items don't fit?
A: In order to prevent disappointment in a case like this, we strongly suggest taking the time to measure your dog beforehand. However, if the items do arrive and don't fit, we will gladly exchange them for the proper size or give you store credit for the amount of the item. Please note that the original shipping charges will not be refunded or credited. All subsequent shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer. All returned items must obtain a Return Item Order # in advance. Please email us at returns@zozotees.com in order to request the RIO#. The request must be made within 1 week of the package's arrival and the items must be returned within 10 business days after the RIO# has been issued. The items must be unworn, and in their original condition with the tags on. We would strongly suggest insuring your returned items and sending them via a trackable system, as we are not responsible for any lost packages that are sent back to us. The only items that are non-refundable or exchangeable are the personalized items (custom slogans). Unless there was an error in our part, these items are final sales.
Q: What countries do you ship to?
A: At this time, zozo Tees ships to Canada and the United States. If you are in a country other than the two mentioned above, please contact us at info@zozotees.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Q: What are your shipping methods?
A: zozo Tees uses Canada Post for all shipping. For shipping within Canada, there is regular service and express service available. Regular shipping usually arrives in 8-10 business days, depending on location, and Express shipping usually arrives in 3-4 business days. For shipping to the United States, we also use Canada Post, and most shipments arrive within 8-10 business days.
Q: How soon will my order be shipped out?
A: Most orders are processed in 3-5 business days, and then sent out for shipping. Depending on your shipping method chosen, your order will arrive anywhere from 3-10 business days. Custom orders or large orders may sometimes take an extra 1-2 days. If you require your order sooner, please email us at info@zozotees.com to let us know. We will do our best to accommodate you.
